MANAGING DIRECTOR
NUR ISKANDAR BIN NASRI
Nur Iskandar Nasri has 20 years of experience in hydropower engineering, working in Sri Lanka and Indonesia. He graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering in 2002 from UiTM Shah Alam and later pursued a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Hons.) Civil in 2010 from the same institution.
Starting as a technical assistant in 2002 at Celcom Sdn Bhd, he transitioned to hydropower with H2M Engineering Sdn Bhd. This company collaborated with others under the Small Renewable Energy Power (SREP) program, a Malaysian government initiative promoting renewable energy.
During his tenure at H2M Engineering, he played a crucial role in developing 45 hydropower plants, gaining expertise in design, hydraulics, surveying, conceptualizing, costing, procurement, and project management. In 2012, he became the Project Manager for the 12 MW Sg Brooke Small Hydropower project.
In 2017, he joined Panzana Enterprise as the Project Development Manager, overseeing projects like the Integrated Pahang Barat Small Hydropower Development (52.4 MW) and Sg Kagibangan I & 2 Small Hydropower Development in Sabah (45.8 MW).
In November 2018, he became the Project Manager for Rohas Technic Berhad, working on their inaugural hydropower project, the 8.0 MW PLTM Lawe Sikap in Aceh Tenggara, Indonesia.
Notable hydropower projects he directly handled in Malaysia include Sg Kerling Mini Hydro (2.0 MW), Sg Rek Mini Hydro (2.8 MW), Sg Kadamaian Mini Hydro (2.0 MW), Sg Pangapuyan Mini Hydro (4.5 MW), and Sg Brooke Small Hydropower (12.0 MW).

MAZLAN BIN BUDIN
Mazlan bin Budin has extensive experience in Project and Construction Management, demonstrating proficiency in conceptualization, planning, feasibility studies, engineering, and commercial aspects. His expertise extends to procurement, contract administration, and field supervision, culminating in successful project commissioning.
Mazlan has actively contributed to various projects, including Infrastructure endeavors such as Thermal, Gas Turbine, Hydro Power Plants, and Oil & Gas Projects involving Metering Stations and Onshore Gas Terminals.
His portfolio extends to High Rise Buildings, encompassing Offices, Hotels, and Service Apartments, along with engagements in Army Camps involving Ammo Depots, Bunkers, and Artillery Camps.
Additionally, Mazlan has demonstrated competence in Building Services, specifically in MEP works and retrofits aligned with Green Building certification standards.

RAJA AMIRUL AZMAN BIN RAJA ABDUL MANAN
Raja Amirul Azman’s journey is defined by his adeptness in project management, development, and architecture.
Notably, he led the Project Management and Consultation for Laman Megah Sdn Berhad’s HydroPower Plant in Pahang, showcasing expertise in contract management, procurement, and project costing.
With a background as a Project Development Executive for Platinum Victory Development Sdn Bhd, he seamlessly transitioned into property development. Earlier in his career, as an Assistant Architect at Thens Architect, he contributed to drafting, designing, and securing regulatory approvals, underscoring his versatile skill set.
Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Building Surveying from MARA University of Technology (UiTM), Malaysia, Raja Amirul Azman is a seasoned professional blending technical expertise and project management finesse.
